TAMOIL is an oil company which manages over 250 service stations all over Switzerland.
The group has distribution networks in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.
Goals
When Tamoil came to us in November 2017, they were facing the following challenges:
- An ageing website with no content hierarchy
- No clear way of presenting their different fuel cards to visitors
- A very long-winded and complicated customer acquisition process for users (form was unclear, long to fill in, bugs, etc.)
Solutions
We got together with Tbnt, our digital partner agency, to think about:
- How to clarify and order the information on their website to make the company’s different activities clearer and to align their digital identity with this graphically
- How to generate recurring demand for the company’s advantage cards, bearing in mind that each one has its own specific feature
We decided on the following solutions:
- To modernise their identity (rewriting the app, making a new website, updating the content)
- To create a dedicated and perfectly optimised landing page.
